Filter Replacement

All customers qualify for this offer following their initial purchase. One free Hepa filter replacement is available every three months for one year. Remember to note your purchase date to conveniently schedule your filter replacements at each three-month interval.

It is strongly recommended to replace your HEPA filter every three months to ensure optimal performance of your vacuum. Additionally, for customers with pets or allergies, it is advisable to replace the filter more frequently, every two months (optional).

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of replacements. An email reminder will be sent when it's time to replace your filter, along with a direct link to cover the shipping costs.

Meanwhile, you can maintain your filter properly to maximize its use.

To properly maintain your filter:

1. Make sure the vacuum is turned off and unplugged from any power source.
2. Take out the dust bin and remove the filter from the vacuum.
3. Empty the accumulated dust into a designated waste bin.
4. Clean the dust cup and let it dry completely.
5. Use a microfiber cloth to tap the dirt off the filter and wash it with water.
6. Do not brush the filter when wet to avoid damage.
7. The filter must be fully dry before putting it back in the vacuum.
8. Keep it stored in an airy space, away from children and pets.
